1. Be responsible for the research and development of the company's instruments and equipment;

2. Be responsible for the disassembly of product requirements, complete the transformation of requirements to technical indicators;

3. Be responsible for confirming the product technical path and designing the overall product scheme, and building and testing the equipment principle machine;

4. In the process of development, identify the key technical difficulties of product development and ensure the progress of project development;  

5. Summarize the project results in time and report the project progress to the superior regularly.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, hardware, software, automation, biomedical engineering, precision instruments and other related fields;

2. More than 3 years experience in equipment development, experience in biological instrument development, or experience in equipment research and development supervisor is preferred;

3. Have a good basic knowledge of hardware and software and be proficient in using professional tools; have solid experience in front-line design, testing, process development and maintenance, and be able to find problems keenly and solve problems systematically;

4. Have a good design and organizational skills, participate in the determination of key projects, and build the principle machine of instruments and equipment;

5. Have strong professional ethics, good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, like to explore and innovate, and have certain pressure resistance.
